Transformational Life Coaching (TLC)
TLC sessions help you transform your life in a profound and positive way:
TLC sessions are a 1h 30min long each and can be done over the phone, videoconference or in person at Esther’s office. Esther creates different type of packages for your own convenience and needs.
TLC One Time Only: One session of 90 min. You just want to consult and get clear over a very specific issue in your life that perhaps is blocking you to move forward.

a- Esther ask you powerful questions to elicit the core of what is truly important to you, allowing you space for an answer to unfold with the understanding that you have all the answers within. Through TLC sessions you are becoming The higher version of yourself.
b- Each session ends with at least one action item that you chose to work on to create more of what you want on your life.
c- Unlike counseling that often focus on understanding the past and is more advice-based, this form of coaching focuses on the present moment and the infinite possibilities of the future.
d- By putting purpose and intention into action, you will not only explore deeper meaning in your life, but also begin to create a new environment and experience in the way you choose. Even small steps can create big results, and the coaching relationship generates momentum, propelling you forward into what you truly want.
How TLC Packages Sessions work?
This step takes 1h 30 min. The first 30min are complementary. During this step we will explore areas of interest, goals, and dreams. Ask and answers to any questions that you might have about TLC sessions. If you love what you are experiencing (as you will) we put a plan together for our next session to start our scope of work as a team based on the particular need that YOU identified.
We put together an initial plan of action that you want to follow based on our Discovery Call. You are encourage reviewing your SOW as we move forward with your sessions and allowed to shift anytime you feel is necessary.
Together, we design your Custom TLC sessions to meet your individual needs. Each session follows a fundamental structure, while the content is customized to your own needs. We will typically meet 2-3 times per month for a specified number of months as determined jointly as we see the results of each session. Sessions are up to 90 minutes, and are held over the phone, videoconference or in person at my office.
Esther prepares customized tools for you and assists in creating specialized action items for intra-session work. Tools may include identifying your unique Core Values Blueprint, discovering or cultivating your personal life purpose (PLP), defining what success means to you and charting your success map, identifying blind spots, clearing out roadblocks, creating empowering visualizations and guided meditations, strengthening intuition, developing energy awareness, establishing gratitude and mindfulness practices, and more.
Esther extracts key items from each session and documents the main tools utilized into a written synopsis for you to use as a guide. Action items are implemented and progress is tracked over time. By the end of your TLC Unique Program, you will have a personalized collection that contains the unique blend of tools and methods used within your sessions that you can refer back to for years to come.
We have lift off! As your customized TLC plan is concluding, we will discuss next steps and any ongoing support you may desire. TLC Unique Plan are designed to allow you to move forward independently with new tools and perspectives to last a lifetime. At the same time, should you want to continue the coaching relationship there are numerous options, including regularly scheduled momentum and expansion sessions.
What is self-care?
Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. Although it’s a simple concept in theory, it’s something we very often overlook. Good self-care is key to improved mood and reduced anxiety. It’s also key to a good relationship with oneself and others.
Self-care isn’t a selfish act either. It is not only about considering our needs; it is rather about knowing what we need to do in order to take care of ourselves, being subsequently, able to take care of others as well. That is, if I don’t take enough care of myself, I won’t be in the place to give to my loved ones either.
Esther has years of experience in practicing self-care and in teaching self-care to others. Whether you are a professional such a first responder (law enforcement, fire fighter, nurse, physician, etc.), an advocate, social worker, attorney, or a busy mom taking care of your family, it is important to practice self-care.
Esther does group trainings and workshops where she provides tools and techniques that will help you to identify and overcome burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma.
Holistic Yoga & Ayurveda
Holistic Yoga with Ayurvedic approach is typically conducted one-on-one or in small groups. What sets this healing modality apart from others is the focus on linking movement to deep and rhythmic breathing. In addition, the practice is created in accordance to the Dosha of each practitioner.
After the Ayurveda consultation I design a personalized practice to keep your constitution balance and motivate you to practice on your own.
The key to success in holistic yoga is to feel connected to your own healing.
Holistic Energy Healing
Holistic practitioners who work with healing energy to restore health believe that we are all filled with universal life-force energy. It is the essence of our being, our consciousness, and our soul. When it is flowing freely, health prevails. When the flow of our life force energy is low, becomes restricted, disrupted or diminished, we experience illness and disease. By using healing energy, our life-force energy, thus our health, can be restored.
There are different Energy Healing Techniques. Esther is a trained practitioner on a variety of healing techniques that will help you to improve your quality of life.
Reiki, or energy medicine, is one of several methods of energy healing. The practice has been officially recognized as one of alternative medicine defined by the National Center of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM). Some benefits of this form of healing include: a break down of blocks promoting a natural balance, increased energy, an experience of deep relaxation, the release of stress & tension, clarity of mind, improvement of focus, promotion of self healing & cleansing abilities, improved sleep, reduced blood pressure, pain relief & complimented medical treatments, immune system support, aid in spiritual growth & emotional cleansing, and promotes creativity. Reiki is a healing experience that is unique for each client. It is felt that energy has an intelligence of its own, knowing where to go and what is needed for each client. The practice of Reiki requires none other than energy, and is simply the laying of hand on or slightly above the body of a client. A state of deep relaxation is essential, clients are asked to lay or sit with their eyes closed, in some cases music has been used to sooth. As energy flows most people will feel warmth, heat, tingling or other sensations. Some fall asleep while others may feel nothing at all. Reiki combines the Japanese and Chinese word-characters of "rei" (spiritual or supernatural) and "ki" (vital energy). One of the basic ideas held by those who practice Reiki is that this vital energy can be channeled to support the body's natural ability to heal itself. In a Reiki session, the practitioner is seeking to transmit Universal Life Energy to the client.
The practice of Reiki was developed on the basis of three premises:
1. There is a universal life force energy that flows through all of life. It is the force that causes plants to grow, birds to fly, and each of us to take our next breath. There is no beginning or end to this energy; it is like an all-encompassing ocean within which all of creation exists.
2. Universal Energy can be accessed in a powerful & intentional way for the purpose of healing
3. The body is programmed to heal itself
What to expect during the Reiki session?
During the Reiki therapy session, the patient lies down on a massage table. Esther starts the session with breathing exercises and a short guided meditation. She uses crystals to amplify the healing energy and cleanse the space. She places hands over (or directly on top ~client’s preference~) starting a body scan from the crown to the feet. After the scan is over, she starts the Reiki healing session focusing where the physical and emotional body needed it the most.
The intention is to create deep relaxation, to help speed healing, reduce pain, and decrease other symptoms you may be experiencing.

The Sanskrit word Chakra literally translates to wheel or disk. In yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, this term refers to wheels of energy throughout the body. There are seven main chakras, which align the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. To visualize a chakra in the body, imagine a swirling wheel of energy where matter and consciousness meet. This invisible energy, called Prana, is vital life force, which keeps us vibrant, healthy, and alive.
These swirling wheels of energy correspond to massive nerve centers in the body. Each of the seven main chakras contains bundles of nerves and major organs as well as our psychological, emotional, and spiritual states of being. Since everything is moving, it’s essential that our seven main chakras stay open, aligned, and fluid. If there is a blockage, energy cannot flow.
Esther uses different techniques to help with chakra balancing and cleanse: yoga therapy asanas, prana (breathing), crystals, sound therapy, reiki, and meditation.
The 7 Chakras
The Physical Chakras
The first three chakras, starting at the base of the spine are chakras of matter. They are more physical in nature.
First Chakra: The Muladhara is the chakra of stability, security, and our basic needs. It encompasses the first three vertebrae, the bladder, and the colon. When this chakra is open, we feel safe and fearless.
Second Chakra: The Svadhisthana chakra is our creativity and sexual center. It is located above the pubic bone, below the navel, and is responsible for our creative expression.
Third Chakra: The Manipura chakra means lustrous gem and it’s the area from the navel to the breastbone. The third chakra is our source of personal power.
The Fourth Chakra: The Connection Between Matter and Spirit
Located at the heart center, the fourth chakra, anahata is at the middle of the seven and unites the lower chakras of matter and the upper chakras of spirit. The fourth is also spiritual but serves as a bridge between our body, mind, emotions, and spirit. The heart chakra is our source of love and connection.
The Spiritual Chakras
Fifth Chakra: The Vishuddha chakra is the fifth chakra, located in the area of the throat. This is our source of verbal expression and the ability to speak our highest truth. The fifth chakra includes the neck, thyroid, and parathyroid glands, jaw, mouth, and tongue.
Sixth Chakra: The Ajna chakra is located in between the eyebrows. It is also referred to as the “third eye” chakra. Ajna is our center of intuition. We all have a sense of intuition but we may not listen to it or heed its warnings. Focus on opening the sixth chakra will help you hone this ability.
Seventh Chakra: The Sahaswara chakra or the “thousand petal lotus” chakra is located at the crown of the head. This is the chakra of enlightenment and spiritual connection to our higher selves, others, and ultimately, to the divine. It is located at the crown of the head.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT ~ Tapping)
Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT (often known as Tapping or EFT Tapping), is a universal healing tool that can provide impressive results for physical, emotional, and performance issues. EFT operates on the premise that no matter what part of your life needs improvement, there are unresolved emotional issues in the way. Even for physical issues, chronic pain, or diagnosed conditions, it is common knowledge that any kind of emotional stress can impede the natural healing potential of the human body. In many cases, EFT can be applied directly to physical symptoms for relief without exploring any emotional contributors. However, for the most powerful, longest lasting results with EFT, we do expect to identify and target related emotional issues. The EFT premise also includes the understanding that the more unresolved emotional issues you can clear, the more peace and emotional freedom you will have in your life. EFT can be an ongoing process that we use to clear out the old traumas, and welcome any new challenges with a healthy, productive attitude. EFT is combining with eye movement techniques to help clients with deep trauma. Esther is a certified EFT practitioner through the Institute fro Better Health.
Frosted Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls:
Esther uses crystal bowls that are made from 99.999% pure crushed quartz. They are created by a high-temperature fusion procedure, which forms solid bowls from pure, powdered crystal quartz. Silica sand, combined with water becomes quartz crystal heated to about 4000 degrees in a centrifugal mold. This process creates the bowls.
Quartz Crystal bowls emit a powerful, pure resonance. Just like quartz crystals, the bowls store, focus, amplify and transfer energy. They are powerful transformative tools for effecting change in one’s life.
Tibetan Singing Bowls: have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. The sounds produced by the Tibetan Bowls have a relaxing hypnotic effect on the brain, slowing brain waves and inducing a deep meditative state.
Like adjusting a piano, your body can be tuned to achieve optimal physical balance. Tapping two tuning forks will instantaneously alter your body’s biochemistry and bring your nervous system, muscle tone and organs into harmonic balance. In seconds, your body enters a deep state of relaxation. Esther uses body tuning forks to help clients in their self-care and self-healing journey.
